Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. They have been married since September 1, 1990. They have two adult daughters, Amber and Grace. Jeff is currently enrolled with the Beyond the River Academy as a pastoral student and looks forward to completing his studies in the near future. Jeff is also employed as a deputy with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office and has been serving the citizens of Spartanburg County since August of 1997. His ministry focus is proclaiming the infallible truth of God’s word and being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ through acts of love and service.
